TERMS


These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all sales and transactions conducted through this shop (“Store”). By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  1. Orders

    1.1 Only one item may be purchased per order. Orders containing multiple items may be cancelled or held until additional payment for shipping is received.

    1.2 Customers are required to select the correct shipping option from those provided. Failure to do so may result in order cancellation or requests for additional payments.

  2. Shipping & Delivery

    2.1 Processing times are generally 33 business days but may vary.

    2.2 Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier. The Store is not liable for loss, damage, or delay occurring during transit.

    2.3 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. The Store accepts no liability for incorrect or incomplete addresses.

    2.4 International customers are solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees.

  3. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Rights

    3.1 General Policy: All sales are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not provided unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

    3.2 Defective or Damaged Goods: Refunds or replacements may only be considered in cases of proven defects or damage upon delivery. Customers must provide photographic evidence within [X days] of receipt.

    3.3 EU/Germany Consumer Rights: In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers residing in the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

    To exercise this right, notice of withdrawal must be provided in writing (e.g., by email) within the withdrawal period.
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
    Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

    3.4 Exclusions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized, digital, or perishable goods, or goods that are clearly personal in nature, as permitted under EU law.

  4. Payment

    4.1 All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

    4.2 In cases of failed, fraudulent, or reversed payments (including chargebacks), the Store reserves the right to cancel orders and restrict future transactions.

  5. Limitation of Liability

    5.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the products or the transaction.

    5.2 The Store’s liability in all cases shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.
